Bridgend Clinic

I have recently had to undergo surgery which meant an overnight stay at the private clinic. Cannot fault anything. I had a private room which was very spacious and comfortable. From the Surgeon, Anaethetist, Nurses and Receptionist, the service pre op, post op and subsequent aftercare has been outstanding. Thank you.

Extremely efficient and friendly service. Had appointment next day with consultant. Rachel handled booking extremely well, responding within minutes to my emails. Consultant was very through in his assessment, and didn't want to book me to have tests I didn't really need, which was good to see. Only negative (and it is minor) had to pay for coffee from machine. All other private facilities I've been to provide free tea/coffee. Would recommend and use again.

The Eye Clinic has always been excellent service. Friendly staff. I have phoned in as an emergency I've got in to be seen mainly within the same day. There's always a bit of a wait, but it's a busy department. When I have attended with a pre booked appointment, it's lass of a wait. All in all it is a good service and I have always been happy with the service and treatment I've received.

Been to this clinic today 12/4/23 and seen a super consultant who is trying to help me for which I'm so very grateful. I can't fault the lovely staff so helpful from receptionist to the nurse that was with me. Many thanks each and every one of you.
