My wedding ring was made in the wrong colour. Manufacturing issue, nothing to do with the store themselves. The women were honest and came up with two alternatives because the right colour couldn't be made in time for our wedding. They were all amazing throughout, helpful with every query and kept us updated. The alterative ring was perfect for the day. My wife and I are truly grateful for all the women at the store. 100% would go there for any jewellery or watches again, simply because they all care about getting it right

I give 3 because at first the service was very good, I had a neck chain repaired £49.99 , it needed a new catch. I wore it twice and it just slipped off, they said I must have pulled it, they wanted another £39.99 and the lady telling me this wasn't very friendly or apologetic, she said I must have pulled in it . Disappointing
