Went in with my son so he could buy a watch. A good range stocked, and really helpful, friendly service, very impressed.

Fabulous service at Ernest Jones this week, I was served by two ladies, both were very helpful and welcoming, and made me feel quite at home. Its not often you go to a shop and feel as though the staff take a genuine interest in you, and the same goes for not pushing sales, they were very honest, made my decisions so much easier to make, and the product knowledge was on point. I honestly cant recommend enough!

Stunning service from Julie today at earnest Jones. She did a fantastic job helping my partner and I choose our wedding bands and a 50th present for my mother in law. Highly recommend going here.

The service provided by Julie today was absolutely fantastic. She made us feel so welcome whilst looking for wedding bands. She was patient and showed me different options that suited my engagement ring. I fell in love with one ring and I’m so happy with it! Visited store from Cornwall today. Have been looking for a special anniversary ring for myself for ages. Diane was amazing and helped me in store and I found exactly what I have been looking for. What a lovely lady, will most certainly visit again. Thanks Diane:)
