Kerra has been a massive help. She helped me choose my wedding band, i took out insurance on the ring and sent my engagment ring in for resizing and she made me feel at ease with it all. Amazing service from kerra. Couldnt have asked for anyone better to help me.

Went to H Samuels as I had to have my ring cut off due to a swollen finger. Grace was on the shop floor when we went in, she was polite and friendly. Lisa who cut my ring off was so professional and put me completely at ease and checked all the time if I was ok. Hopefully I won't need to do this again but would definitely go back and am taking my ring back once I need to get it sorted

Visited H Samuel bridgend on Tuesday to buy an engagement ring. Like most men I was super nervous. As soon as I walked into the shop I was greeted by Lisa ( later found out shes also the manager) Lisa probably saw that I was a nervous wreck and quickly made me feel at ease. The whole experience was brilliant with no pressure to buy the ring. We even managed to get a ring better than I expected for my budget. I was also worried about how to pop the question, Lisa kindly gave me some ideas and shared her own experience and from other customers. Will definitely be returning for our wedding rings! ( She said yes by the way)

I don't normally write reviews but I felt I had to here. I recently popped into H Samuel Bridgend to pick up my repair, it was so nice to see how customers were being treated in there.The girls were rushed off their feet but made time for all of us customers so no one felt rushed. I was particularly impressed by Mia (think that was her name) who couldn't have done more for an elderly lady, pulling a chair up for her and helping her with her shopping. So lovely to see someone so young being that kind and helpful. Well done H Samuel!
