Have been having treatment from Gareth for over ten years. The fact I keep going back says it all, professional, organised well run clinic. Always takes time to talk and explain and help you understand why he is doing particular treatments. Thank you to Gareth and the team for all their help.

I’ve been seeing Gareth regularly for my back and always a fantastic service, the last week I’ve had a shooting pain up my arm and today in the gym it got to much. I phoned in knowing he’d be fully booked and asked to be out on the cancellation list and a few hours later I had a call and I was sat with Gareth 30 minutes later. He knew the problem straight away and 30 minutes later I was in a lot less pain and had exercises to get back to full strength. Can’t thank you enough Gareth you’re a life saver.

Can't fault these guys, Gareth is really friendly,helpful and knowledgeable. Lots of support and advice with a long standing rugby injury. The receptionist is lovely talks to you like you've know her for years makes you feel really comfortable when you first go in. Can't recommend them enough, easy 5 stars.

I can’t rate Michelle more highly. I’ve previously seen 6 or 7 different sports/deep tissue masseur/masseuse but Michelle is by far the best. She is exceptionally knowledgeable, I always feel at ease when she’s fixing me. Muscular niggles are dissipated and I’m set homework which helps. I’ve seen Gareth once for ankle discomfort and the knowledge and service was great. I hope I never have to go anywhere else. It’s also very reasonably priced given the service. Thank you GTD team

Visited Gareth as had a sore, painful elbow. He was very professional and explained the likely cause. He discussed a course of treatment with me and 3 weeks later its feeling much better. Would 100% recommend
