Shopped at bedeck bridgend store at mc cather glen this morning, spent time looking at bedding. customer service was absolutely amazing. spent time choosing what i required. choice was complete sandison silver, quality amazing. i have shopped there before. customer service by ali and another staff member went over and above their duty 110 %. even helped to carry some item to car as bought a lot. customer care is extremely rare these days but was absolutely over whelmed with their service an extremely professional approach. i will alway return to the store. well done ali and another member of staff appreciated so much .
