Shopped at Bedeck Bridgend store at Mc Cather Glen this morning, spent time looking at bedding. Customer service was absolutely amazing. Spent time choosing what I required. Choice was complete Sandison silver, quality amazing. I have shopped there before. Customer service by Ali and another staff member went over and above their duty 110 %. Even helped to carry some item to car as bought a lot. Customer care is extremely rare these days but was absolutely over whelmed with their service an extremely professional approach. I will alway return to the store. Well done Ali and another member of staff appreciated so much .
