Hi. Just visited Dreams Bridgend. I have been putting it off as I thought it would be daunting. The moment we arrived we were greeted by your salesman Marcus. He made us feel at ease at once. We were offered a drink and shown the sleep match machine which I then used. He offered me a pillow and showed us the suitable mattresses. My partner and I went to the Bridgend store today as we were looking to upgrade to a bigger bed. Marcus was amazing and couldn’t have done any more to help us. We were originally looking at a super king bed but he had us to try out the different sizes as he assured us we wouldn’t need more than a king and he was right it was perfect! Most people would try squeeze as much money out of the sale as possible, but no Marcus managed to find us the perfect new mattress and bed within the budget we agreed.
