I highly recommend the tempur outlet in bridgend. the staff are really friendly, not pushy at all. shane and sarah were really helpful. i purchased two mattresses and they kindly kept them while i waited for the base to arrive. i was kept informed when the mattresses were to be delivered. the mattresses are as new, i ordered two hybrid mattresses and although my husband loved his mattress i wanted a softer mattress. once again i visited the shop and arranged to replace my mattress with the cloud elite, the staff again were friendly and helpful. it has just arrived and swapped out, i am so pleased with the service i have received i cannot recommend them enough. a big thank you to all the staff!

Went in out of curiosity and one of the staff members (coen) told us all about their mattress and pillow options. all the mattresses felt great and i am loving my new ergonomic pillow!

Lovely staff, very helpful and knowledgeable. they took plenty of time out to go through everything with us and took a genuine interest in our needs and helped us find a solution. they were very clear from the beginning why they are cheaper than online and even went out of their way to allow us to see the options of mattresses we could buy and pulled them out for us to look at. overall fantastic team and fantastic service. we will be passing their details on to family and friends.
