Good value for buying, not so much for selling

Traded my Xbox in online and chose the wrong console from the drop down list, Bridgend shop called me after dropping it off to say they were crediting me an extra £20 as it was a better model than stated.

Was served today by Clyde, very friendly and helpful, had a nice convo about some games and consoles we were thinking of getting. (amazing music as always :)
