Yesterday Friday 31st march 2023 I had the most amazing customer service. Casey had greeted me at the door and helped me so thoroughly going through everything with me and being so patient. I was after a upgrade on my phone she recommended the oppo x5 and I couldn't be happier. Thankyou so much Casey.

Went in to upgrade my phone. They said they will do me a deal on a new handset. But they were more expensive than nearly all the other companies I have looked at. After me showing them the prices of other places online, I was told its because they don't supply the handset directly. The other companies I were looking at are Vodafone, 3 etc. They get their handsets the exact same way. O2 Were once one of the cheapest out there. Not any more. Time for a switch I think. 😒
