Yesterday friday 31st march 2023 i had the most amazing customer service. casey had greeted me at the door and helped me so thoroughly going through everything with me and being so patient. i was after a upgrade on my phone she recommended the oppo x5 and i couldn't be happier. thankyou so much casey.
Went in to upgrade my phone. they said they will do me a deal on a new handset. but they were more expensive than nearly all the other companies i have looked at. after me showing them the prices of other places online, i was told its because they don't supply the handset directly. the other companies i were looking at are vodafone, 3 etc. they get their handsets the exact same way. o2 were once one of the cheapest out there. not any more. time for a switch i think. 😒
