Thank you to the assistant at Tesco Mobile Bridgend this morning .She sorted our problem efficiently and more importantly a very pleasant young lady .Thanks You solved a prob that online chat failed to solve .

Extremely variable. Some staff are very helpful, willing to talk you through anything that you're stuck on, always smiley and keen to help. The nicest people you could meet. Others can be curt, dismissive and too damn idle to get out of their own way. One insolent one advised me to go and google the answer to a simple question about my phone that actually took 10 seconds to answer. Another declined to help me raise the volume on the call tone, saying it's probably about on its maximum. Didn't listen to it to check. It was on half volume.
