Aled is a genius! we really could not recommend this gentleman enough, he has been beyond helpful, dedicated and he is the reason we are now able to own our first ever home! when i say we couldn’t have done it without him, we really couldn’t have! we got told we wouldn’t be able to have a mortgage 3 times before we found this hero!! no questions were too big or silly, always responded very quickly to all emails!!! don’t even hesitate to go with aled!!! just do it!!! thank you aled!!! you have made our year!!!

Amazing service from aled, i cannot recommend enough! he was so helpful, answered any questions we had and made the whole process so easy for us! he explained everything and constantly kept us in the loop it was a stress free process. will definitely be using his services again in the future!

Well where do i begin? aled was very helpful from the word go, i got in touch with him and straight away he was on the case. being of the older generation i found it strange dealing with issues via email etc however any issues and aled was only too happy to guide me through everything even to the point when i received a text message from a solicitor acting on behalf of the mortgage company and i wasn't sure if it was genuine, aled was immediately able to reassure me that it was indeed genuine. my situation was a little difficult to begin with but aled kept going and all issues were resolved. you can tell that aled has a sense of humour and is approachable when he replies to any emails that are sent. would i use and recommend aled to anyone else.... absolutely!!
