Aled is a genius! We really could not recommend this gentleman enough, he has been beyond helpful, dedicated and he is the reason we are now able to own our first ever home! When I say we couldn’t have done it without him, we really couldn’t have! We got told we wouldn’t be able to have a mortgage 3 times before we found this hero!! Well where do I begin? Aled was very helpful from the word go, I got in touch with him and straight away he was on the case. Being of the older generation I found it strange dealing with issues via email etc however any issues and Aled was only too happy to guide me through everything even to the point when I received a text message from a solicitor acting on behalf of the mortgage company and I wasn't sure if it was genuine, Aled was immediately able to reassure me that it was indeed genuine. My situation was a little difficult to begin with but Aled kept going and all issues were resolved. You can tell that Aled has a sense of humour and is approachable when he replies to any emails that are sent. Would I use and recommend Aled to anyone else.... Absolutely!!
