A friend who is experienced in the housing market recommended rachel for advising me on buying my first property. as a first time buyer, the prospect of viewing, let alone negotiating and offering, was extremely daunting, especially given the current economic climate. rachel was with me throughout the whole process, and took her time to offer me impartial advice that suited my individual circumstances. her service was bespoke, professional and approachable. she was always on the other end of the phone before, during and after viewings and helped me throughout negotiating right up until i collected my keys. i honestly couldn’t have done it without her. i would recommend rachel to any first time buyer who is as clueless as i was! her fees were excellent, but i would have paid triple because she was invaluable to the whole process.
