The Optic Shop

I ordered a pair of Tom Ford spectacles from another company and after 5 weeks of dreadful communication, I found The Optic Shop!!! They have been wonderful and I saved £70 and they are the same glasses with better finish on the lens. I ordered them on the 6th April and I received them on the 13th April, quite amazing really. I called on the 12th of April and spoke to an amazing chap who said they were going out that day. What an amazing service, thank you.

After some dreadful experiences with online opticians I came across The Optic Shop. This is now the second time I've used them, including 2 pairs of prescription glasses ordered for my partner. I have to say, they have performed faultlessly in response time, courtesy, selection, value for money and delivery. My girlfriend is thrilled with her glasses, as am I to have clear vision once again, no thanks to Blue having chewed through my last pair !

Typical that Royal Mail took a bit longer to get them to me but they were dispatched within 36 hours of ordering.
