Called Phil in to deal with a squirrel that was up on my roof, suspected of living in my attic space. Phil was very helpful and provided excellent support, he certainly knows his job. The squirrel was in one of his traps within 6 hours and he responded to remove the squirrel very quickly. I have no hesitation in recommending him for this type of work, thanks Phil.

Phil is a total hero! He came and helped me with my rodent problem when another company, based in Pencoed, told me that it was not worth their while. He is extremely efficient and friendly. Goes the extra mile to ensure that you understand what he is doing and answers any questions you have in a way you can understand. Brilliant service and value for money. I can’t recommend him highly enough!

Phil was absolutely brilliant. Came to the house when I reported I might have a 'mouse' issue. Was extremely professional and personable. Thoroughly examined all areas where I had spotted any hint of 'mouse' activities, and then set about making sure the problem wouldn't grow/multiply. Popped back a couple of time to assess the measures he had put in place. Success. No mice activity and no mouse evidence. Would not hesitate recommending his services to anyone. Thank you. Dec 2022 - A few furry little friends made an appearance. Called Phil in based on the brilliant work he had done previously. Again he showed my faith wasn't misplaced. Straight in, assessed the 'incursion' and set about unleashing counter-measures. Fast-forward a couple of weeks and a couple more visits and I no longer have any unwanted furry 'lodgers' to share kitchen duties with. Brilliant. Again, would not hesitate on heartily recommend his services.
