Needed a plumber urgently for a a flooded kitchen. Tom got back to me within minutes and came round quickly and fixed the problem. Would definitely use again and would recommend him.

Tom and the team were great, we had a full bathroom renovation (suite, plastering, lights, tiling etc). Prices were competitive and work was carried out professionally. We were kept up to speed all the way through the process. Would definitely recommend.

Tom and the team have completed a number of jobs at our house. Tom is always super responsive and easy to get hold of. Turns up when he says he will and is friendly and professional. We had a major leak from the central heating system and he was at the house within 2 hours to cap off the pipe so we could still have heating and hot water. He returned soon after to fit a new radiator. Would recommend to TLB to anyone and will definitely be using them for future jobs! Thank you

Tom and his team have now completed 3 bathrooms for me. All to a high standard and as agreed. I have full confidence in Tom’s work and he does not cut corners to save a couple of quid. Tom came back for any snagging issues and made sure I was happy before wrapping up the job. He is exactly what you want in a tradesman and I wouldn’t hesitate to use his services in the future.

Tom and his team just completed our en-suite. Patrick was struggling with a small shower after 2 heart attacks. Tom fitted a new bathroom suite with larger shower and grab rails. The room looks fabulous now ultra modern. Tom and his team are professional, hard working lovely tradesmen. They all work together to give the best customer experience. We have no hesitation in recommending them and will certainly use them in the future.
