Nice to see a Clarks shop with some stock, a good range of sizes as well.
Great set up. Queue out in the rain to get your feet measured then head in to pick your style. Prices are very good. Enjoyable day out with friendly staff who will rush to get you the best fitting shoe. You can rely on Clark's to give you a good solid robust shoe to stomp all over Wales in.
Each time I have taken my little girl into the Bridgend outlet to have her feet measured, the staff have been very unhelpful and quite rude. I don't think we will be back again now because this has happened on more than one occasion.
On my visit the shop was busy yet clean and tidy, staff were helpful when I approached them to ask for assistance. I was able to enter the store, find some shoes, try them on and leave the store in under twenty minutes.
Great service, great discount deals. Excellent shoes. We use them regularly, for ours and children's shoes.
