Visited TUI Bridgend to get last minute currency for my trip to Tenerife, Georgina was very helpful and friendly. She suggested many trips we can add on as well as made sure I had my insurance in place. She definitely made me feel more prepared for my trip. Will definitely visit Georgina and the team again!

Helen was so helpful when I came into the TUI store. I wasn’t sure exactly where I wanted to go and Helen was very thorough when searching destinations that suited the type of holiday I had described. I had a great time away and that’s thanks to Helen for finding me exactly what I wanted. I’ll definitely be back to see Helen to book another holiday in the future!

Amazing service from Kaye at the Bridgend branch. Nothing was ever too much trouble. We were booking to go to Florida. Kaye searched to find us the best deals.She rang the airline to make sure she passed on my dietary requirements and to see what meals they could offer. I have recommended Kaye to family members and I know they have been extremely happy with the service she has provided to help them get the best deal. Thank you Kaye!!

Just wanted to say a huge thanks to Kaye & the staff here at Bridgend. We were due to travel to Rhodes next month unfortunately our Hotel had been damaged. After spending hours on the phone to TUI i decided to contact my local branch. Kaye was amazing from start to finish, and managed to change our holiday albeit to a different destination on the same date with the least amount of fuss. I will definitely be booking directly with Kaye in the future. Really appreciate all you help

Great customer service from both Helen and Sophie at TUI Bridgend branch. Our son is a wheelchair user and we have just booked our first family holiday abroad. We've certainly not been the easiest of customers as we have never flown with our son in his wheelchair and there has been lots to organise. Staff were very welcoming, patient and accommodating of our son's needs. They have really put our minds at ease and we are looking forward to our upcoming holiday. Thanks 😊
