Shepherds Veterinary Hospital

Been going to this vets for years, each and every time we visit the vets that are there always show the upmost professionalism, compassion and empathy. They are very professional in the way they deal with cases that can be heart-breaking to families and they always do the best they can to help. My Families 17 Old Collie-cross border-terrier, was recently sent to rest here and the vet who handled the case was absolutely wonderful, handled the matter in the most professional way possible. Definitely recommend for any animal care.

Absolutely amazing, all the staff were very kind and showed their compassion and experience when I took my 15 year old Staffordshire bull terrier to be euthanized. Her name is Lady,

I cannot fault the staff who clearly care about the patients and are really friendly, or the facilities at the hospital that are top notch. There's always lots of parking and there's a quiet area for cat owners. The sting in the tail here though, is that it's very much a business and vet prices are crazy high. Just to add, the moan about the prices is aimed at the vet world as a whole and not aimed at Shepherds directly. If I wasn't happy with the service, I wouldn't take my pets there. I am very happy. It is also very reassuring to know that there is always a vet available, 24/7 should the need arise.

While on holiday in South Wales, our dog needed to be checked over by a vet. After trying a different vet first and being told they were full, we came to Shepherd's. I cannot fault them. Their reception staff are very pleasant and helpful, likewise with the vet we saw. They even accommodated our dog's dog reactivity by coming out to our car to check him over. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

First Class Veterinary Surgery/Hospital all the staff are friendly & Very Professional. My English Bull Terrier has had the best Care from the Veterinary Surgeon's over the years. Highly Recommend
