I needed a new boiler. I found Gas Smart Heating through British Gas run Local Heroes. Steven was quickly in touch and booked a survey. Steven took on board my budget and gave me options for boilers. After selecting the right boiler for me and my needs at a good price, I arranged to pay via the monthly option which was great for budgeting. The installation date was arranged for shortly after. Jake the installer was excellent, clean and tidy and I was happy with my new boiler. Today my boiler had a fault code. I texted Steven who advised what to check for and his diagnosis led to me finding a blockage under my sink which caused the boiler fault. I cleaned out the blockage and the boiler is all working again. Honestly folks I am very happy to recommend Gas Smart Heating. They are very professional, trustworthy, helpful and responsive. It was my lucky day to have met Steve who came to do a gas/boiler inspection. Not only did he do that he managed to fix the boiler first which was sprung upon him and even got the part needed! He also had a look at the pressure of my shower and managed to locate a spare shower head to help. He went above and beyond to what he came for initially and all with a smile. He was patient, friendly and very helpful and would request him again for any future jobs. Will be recommending!
