Absolutely perfect breakfast, the vegan plate ("full English") I could not fault, my wife had the Eggs Royale, again, faultless. Breakfast tea spot on. Service impeccable. The only reason I give it a 4/5 stars, the toilets need a clean, the actual toilet basin was brown, pretty gross. Shame as the place otherwise was clean.

I went with a big team so we ordered in advance. The food was hit and miss but mine was really good! Staff were lovely too. The soup starter was so delicious, would have loved if it came with bread though. I got the watermelon and feta salad which was huge! Really great though, super fresh and filling. Dessert was cinnamon donuts with chocolate dip. The chocolate wasn't great quality but the doughnuts were super soft and warm and delicious! I'd avoid the pasta dishes as a bit underwhelming. Caters for vegans. I'd definitely go again.

We had a lovely meal here. The food is always good at Bills and the service is excellent. The only criticism is that we had a wooden table that really needs replacing,lots of food debris stuck in the edges and the curtains by the entrance either need replacing or cleaning they are really dirty.

🌟🌟🌟🌟 - This joint hits the mark across the board! Some may dismiss this place because it's a chain, but they do everything pretty good regardless! The staff 🧑🏽‍🍳 are very attentive and proactive and the overall vibe is pretty sweet 🛋️ with loads of plants and quirky decor on the walls I went for the set menu, and opted for the 2-course set up. Although there is a 3-course to choose from too. Or you can add a third dish afterwards if you wish. Nice to have that flex. For my starters I went for the dumplings 🥟 - the portion serving was very generous! 👌🏽You'd get a couple more dumplings than other places. The dip that came with it was nice, although I think something slightly more on the acidic and less thick side may be nicer. For the main I chose their breaded chicken caesar salad dish 🥗. It came with a really well presented bed of lettuce 🥬, grated cheese 🧀 and a ramekin of caesar sauce. Overall pretty good if you want a safe bet!

Had a great time at Bill's Brighton Restaurant. We came in to explore Brighton and stopped here for Brunch. The vibe and ambiance was great. And the food was very well prepared. I recommend the dishes we had 👍
