Dog friendly indoors and outdoors seating available, in a less touristy area. really nice brunch menu. full english not as expected, home made baked beans rather than your heinz. beautiful presntation, poached eggs rather than fried, sausage quality was ok,, good size portion, good coffee too. loose leaf english breakfast tea. chorizo hash was delicious, though there were gristle in the chorizo, otherwise it was filling, added chilli gave it a kick, lifted the dish. would definitely go back and try the other things on the menu. did notice the free ice cream for dog sign but wasn't offered this to the dog, maybe because it was a cooler day possibly. was offered dog water bowl and small treat for dog.
The veggie english breakfast and coffee were great! the beans exceeded my expectations cause they’re homemade. thank you for the surprise cute flat white art.
Could not rate this cafe higher! not only does it have the best tasting food, coffee and smoothies, but the service is like visiting a friends house for breakfast. being a vegan from shropshire who is used to very basic and boring choices for food and drink, it was an absolute delight to have so many options! stayed for 3 nights in brighton and came here twice for breakfast it was that good! one day we will move to brighton and make this our local cafe - well done team!
Canadian traveller here. visited this place as a recommendation from local relatives. we truly enjoyed this atmosphere here, lots of lighting, simple and artistic interior design. friendly service and attentive with customers needs. i had the english breakfast and that was delicious - the sausage was great! we also ordered from the feature menu and you can tell that all the ingredients were fresh. i would highly recommend this hidden gem when you’re visiting brighton. thank you!
Exquisite artisan breakfast at trendy prices we came as a walk-in for two on a weekday morning and were swiftly seated inside by the friendly staff here. ordered a vanilla iced latte and a cappuccino which were both delicious. the bacon pancakes were really tasty, although i always wish there were more maple syrup! :) the veggie breakfast was also delicious but not piping hot (some prefer this, others don’t to be fair). the food arrived around 15-20 minutes after ordering which is to be expected when it’s made from scratch in a small kitchen. overall, i would definitely visit again for a special breakfast / brunch. it’s slightly too pricey for me to become my regular, but absolutely worth it if you have the money!
