Trevor was excellent from start to finish, he replied to my first message promptly and gave me a quote straight away using pictures sent. He arrived on time and explained what he would be doing. We had a number of day to day as well as a couple of furniture stains in our cream wool carpet, I was thinking we'd have to replace it until Trevor came to the rescue! The carpets have come up so lovely and clean with the stains vanished! He was so knowledgeable and able to give guidance on future stains and how to remove without bleaching the carpet that we have experienced in the past! He was very friendly and professional and did a very thorough job on getting the carpets back to a lovely place.
