Zack and Casper were amazing!!! Their level of professionalism is probably the highest I have experienced in the past two years that I have lived in the UK! Prior to visiting their establishment, I was told by Apple that I would need to pay £399 in order to get my phone repaired. Zack and Casper quickly diagnosed the issue which was the charging port was loose and said that in the meantime until I can get my phone back to the US (where I bought it and all the correct parts are available) that I can wirelessly charge it. Luckily, they had many of them in stock and I happily bought it. Thank you guys for saving me the headache and money until I get back home!!! *hug*

Had a number of issues with the screen of my Google pixel 7 pro. I went into the shop on a Sunday after making an appointment online and was told it could be fixed in an hour. I came back in an hour and my phone was as good as new. Perfect service and would 100% use again.

I’ve been here three times and serviced - all members of staff are polite, well mannered, honest and will give you the time of day to take you through things. Took me through Google’s warranty service and everything went off without a hitch. Highly recommended!

Booked online and made a quick phone call to check the screen for my Pixel 7 Pro was in stock before making the 70 mile trip! All was good, the guy on the counter was perfect, had a good chat with him. Phone was repaired in a good time frame considering Google's quality check was playing around. The place is well presented and I'd happily use again. Thank you.
