Excellent service. Thorough work with clear and helpful explanations, as well as options for future use of the fireplace, including best eco' approaches. And for insulation he pointed me in the direction of the well-named 'Chimney Sheep'.

Very professional service. Rob was very informative about his service, polite, punctual and kept the front room clean and tidy during and after the sweep, would really recommend.

Rob was incredibly generous with his time on the phone explaining patiently everything I wanted to know. He arrived for our appointment on time, having sent a confirmation text earlier in the day. He. was very presentable and professional looking and came in with all his kit after having laid down protection around our fireplace. He carried out the sweep proficiently and explained what he was doing each step of the process and left the fireplace in immaculate condition. An excellent service by a chap who clearly takes great pride in his work and is keen to make sure he leaves his customers very happy. Also great value IMO.

Rob was an excellent chimney sweep. He arrived on time and was very thorough in every aspect from cleaning chimney to leaving everything spotlessly clean. He also gave very good safety advice regarding the chimney, wood to burn and advising on carbon monoxide monitors. I would highly recommend his service!
