I brought my iPad in on a Friday and it was fixed and returned to me on Monday. Excellent service, knowledgeable, friendly staff, and transparent pricing. Highly recommended
I was having issues with my hp laptop overheating and shutting down. The diagnosis of a faulty fan was given to me later that day with express service. I got my laptop back two days later. I’m a uni student and people at the Laptop Doctor were really understanding of the urgency of my situation. Reasonable pricing as well.
The laptop incurred some water damage in the charging port, and I was unable to charge it. I came in at about 5pm and paid £25 for express service as I desperately needed it for uni work, it was fixed by 4pm the next day and cost me about £100 including the express fee. Thanks guys!
