Finishing Touch

While the folks here couldn't dry clean my item, they were extremely professional, polite, and went out of their way to explain their cleaning processes, and offered alternative suggestions. i was thoroughly impressed with their transparency and level of professionalism and i would definitely come here again (though hopefully next time with something they can clean!)

We’ve been using finishing touch most week for over 5 years (let’s say over 200 times). 5 star treatment every time. if they can’t remove a stain they will consult with you about best options. they also do minor repairs (buttons etc).

Could not recommend finishing touch highly enough. i brought my wedding dress in to be cleaning after i had stored it incorrectly, it had yellowed a bit and grown mould in some places which i didn't think would be able to be removed. the dress is like new! i know that it had to be cleaned several times, but i wasn't charged any extra for the additional time that was put into it. and the original price i was quoted was really reasonable. extremely pleased with the service that i got, thanks very much!

Amazing work! my cream coat was really bad stained with red wine and they managed to remove the stains. i am so so happy! and not pricey either like other places. thank you so much for helping me
