While the folks here couldn't dry clean my item, they were extremely professional, polite, and went out of their way to explain their cleaning processes, and offered alternative suggestions. I was thoroughly impressed with their transparency and level of professionalism and I would definitely come here again (though hopefully next time with something they can clean!)

We’ve been using Finishing Touch most week for over 5 years (let’s say over 200 times). 5 star treatment every time. If they can’t remove a stain they will consult with you about best options. They also do minor repairs (buttons etc).

Could not recommend finishing touch highly enough. I brought my wedding dress in to be cleaning after I had stored it incorrectly, it had yellowed a bit and grown mould in some places which I didn't think would be able to be removed. The dress is like new! I know that it had to be cleaned several times, but I wasn't charged any extra for the additional time that was put into it. and the original price I was quoted was really reasonable. Extremely pleased with the service that I got, thanks very much!
