Green appliance repairs

I recently moved to town from out of town and my dishwasher was not working! I reviewed different companies and this one came up with good feedback so I gave them a shot. I sent in an email request last at night and I recieved a response the next morning. They were very quick to schedule a time but what was even better, is that they understood I hade some limitations of when I could be home and they were able to accomodate them. They were polite, responsive and professional. The person who came to fix my washer was so very nice. It was a simple 'fix' so it didn't take long but then he stayed to explain how the machine (which was new to me and I didn't have a booklet for it) works and why I want to avoid certain settings vs others. That was so very helpful and unexpected. I highly recommend Green Appliance Repairs for all your appliance needs! I hope I don't need help again, but if I do - I'll be using them!

Green Appliance Repairs are excellent, both in service & efficiency. Mark was able to visit me within 24 hours; identified the problem, sorted it & had the dishwasher back on the run straight away. I would highly recommend this company.

Whole thing worked perfectly. We had a response soon after logging the issue online. The repair person came out, used our key safe and sorted the machine and let us know when they were done. Couldn’t want for better. Will definitely use again.
