All the sockets in my flat stopped working on a very hot Sunday afternoon. I contacted the emergency line and Graham talked me through everything I needed to do and he stayed on the phone with me through it all and helped me fix the problem free of charge. Not just a fantastic electrician but Andy was calm, kind and so helpful - and charged fairly! I live in a new build and ALL my lights are flush in the ceilings - so not easily accessible for me plus each light is a complete unit with wires running through it. Recently a bulb went and I contacted Andy (via a friend's recommendation) who came round after work that day and sorted it out for me at a very reasonable price. During the last few weeks, there has been an intermittent problem whereby my property lost all electricity on 2 of its 3 levels. This happened last night (Saturday) at around 8pm. In a panic I phoned Andy (not expecting a reply it being Saturday night) - yet he called back! He gave calm and clear instructions to my daughter and the problem (which turned out to be a faulty coffee machine) was solved. This was an act of great kindness. So thank you a million times Andy!!

Excellent company, identified the issue resolved it quickly and the residents were really pleased with the results. Tommy did a great job repairing a previously bodged job, he was professional, quick and extremely tidy. Would highly recommend.

Our bathroom flooded and the electrics were tripped. It was 9pm on a Monday night and a friend recommended Graham to help in our emergency. I contacted Graham and he was brilliant! He reassured me and guided me through the safety procedures and steps to get the power back on in the house. He gave up an hour of his evening to a complete stranger and completely sorted the situation. What a brilliant service!! Highly recommend.
