I instructed the mcmillan williams brighton office for my house purchase. they were brilliant.i have no complaints with how they dealt with my case at all. sarah henson and neil hayes are excellent and very good at their jobs. i would highly recommend using them.they are competent, reliable, and effective. they know what they are doing. they explain things. they communicate with you. they advise you properly. they are also reasonably priced. i would definitely use them again.

We've just used harry tuke at mcmillan williams for the sale of our house and purchase of another and he was amazing. we had a long chain and it got a bit complicated at times but harry went above and beyond to keep things moving through and was always calm (which is needed!). i wouldn't hesitate in using him again or recommending him to someone else, you're in a safe pair of hands that keeps you up to date and is highly professional throughout. every part of the chain who dealt with him said how great he was, tanks harry.

Neil hayes and his team were and still are great to work with. neil helped my partner and myself through an awful sales process with a local estate agent. neil and his team were prompt and courteous in their handling of our sale and purchase of a new flat and made things much easier. we have also been dealing with maria at the hove office and again, very prompt and professional. would recommend and will be using mw solicitors in the future.
