We bought our first home with Cubitt and West as our managing agents. They were always on hand at every call/email and remained comepletly neutral in assisting with the purchase/sale. Towards the end we spoke daily on the phone to Jess who was great in assisting and reassuring us which is all you need sometimes! We previously had a purchase fall through with a different estate agent who were not as approachable or accommodating as Cubitt and West were. As first time buyers we could not recommend the fiveways office more. Very happy with te service overall and the end product!
