As soon as I phoned Empire they took all details and promised he would get to my mum to attend to the garage door by the end of the week. They did even better than that and, appreciating the urgency of my mum being stranded with her mobility scooter shut in the garage, excelled himself by making a slot and getting along the same day I phoned. The fault was immediately identified, repaired and the spare Remote re-programmed, all at a very reasonable price I am absolutely delighted with this standard of service and would not hesitate to recommend Empire to anybody.
Sean did a fantastic job fitting a side hinged garador. The finishing was very neat and tidy and provided incredible value from the discount he offered as he had a compatible door available with just some very minor and unnoticeable blemishes. Job was completed quickly and efficiently. Helpful and friendly service would certainly recommend to others.
