I love this gym, and the fact that you can access it at anytime of the day. It is a very comfortable environment for women. The diet tips sent by email and the exercise plans sent via email is excellent idea for you to use in the gym. I also had a few personal training sessions with their PT and those were on point too. I would definitely recommend this gym!
Friendly gym. This not a massive gym with lots or machines but has a good range nevertheless. Very supportive personal trainers. Good induction with can include if you need it a comprehensive fitness programme. If you prefer a less corporate /chain type environment then this gym is worth a try. PS Hygiene standards very good.
I was in Brighton for a week and needed a place to work out. The Green Gym next door was newly refurbished and was exactly what I was looking for. It was quieter than the larger, more corporate gyms which was lovely and had very helpful personal trainers. If you’re the kind that likes their workout space to be low key with a more select clientele then the Green Gym is for you. And their daily passes are really cheap, only £ 5!
