PHX GYM Brighton

Really awesome gym with super friendly and helpful staff. I used this place on a recent trip back to the UK and it’s one of the best equipped, cleanest and friendliest gyms around.

Great variety of kit & kept tidy plus friendly staff. Really appreciate the option for buying 10 sessions in bulk as I use it 1-2 times per week and a monthly sub would be too costly for me. Would recommend

Didn't have the Bench Press that would be suitable for tall individuals like me, ended up pulling a hamstring. Cannot use chalk into the gym. The Olympic weights intervals weren't optimal for training (70-74-78-80 instead of 70-72.5-75-77.5-80), no Stiff Bars as well. So it's not catered to strength Despite it all of that, it has the most accessories that you can find in a gym, you need to work on a specific muscle group and need to isolate here and there. And only for aesthetics/bodybuilding purposes? Then this gym will be a fantastic addition to check out. And they were able to keep my belt safe when I accidentally left it so I liked it But personally as a Powerlifter, I can see myself coming here if I was only performing the Squats

By far the best gym in Brighton. I’ve been to every gym in Brighton and nothing comes close. They have the best equipment, friendly staff and an amazing atmosphere. I also love how they’re constantly adding new equipment and fixing any broken machines instantly.

All the staff is very friendly and are very attentive towards members and for the maintenance of the place. Welcoming to everyone from all fitness background and a lovely environment. It’s lovely to see the Michel Kuipers Brighton goalkeeper come here and use his own gym along with his business partners too. Many different machines to use. They also have their own shop with lots of health products and a barbershop. Uber drivers can use their Gympass membership here and their families too!
