I have been working for alina since april and i love it. i never worked as carer before but the provide all the training and support needed. i feel like everybody is always ready to help in any circumstances and they make me feel part of a little nice family. i love this job and the company, can't reccomend this place enough.
I have worked for the alina homecare brighton branch for 5 years, i cant recommend this company enough! if you want to be valued/supported and part of team i would highly recommend come and join us, lots of opportunities to progress in your chosen career fabulous training academy, no e learning!! excellent support for new staff.
Just had a brilliant leaving do, will be so sad to leave the branch and team. only leaving due to relocation, couldn't have worked for a better company. i will miss all my clients and work colleagues and the girls in the office who have always been so supportive and caring. i will be popping back ever now and then to keep in touch with the team. thankyou for everyone who works for alina for an amazing 4 1/2 years. i would highly recommend this company to work for.
