Really helpful staff, gave me plenty of time and advice on what was needed for a wet-room installation. Unlike other stores who are just used to dealing with people in the trade, the staff here are happy to help the average person with advice and assistance.

Bathroom wall and floor tiles look lovely. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Three if them loaded the tiles into my car making sure they were careful and didn’t overload. All the time very cheerful and polite. Pleasant experience all round!
