One Broad Street

Location-wise it doesn't get much better than this, tucked away in a side street right near the beach front and a short walk away from a lot of things to eat and do. We stayed in the top attic room for 1 night. Access was simple and our stay was mostly comfortable. Beds were comfy and linen clean as you'd expect. A few things let the place down though. The shower didn't have good pressure or temperature and didn't drain properly, so we had to stand in a pool of dirty wanter. Hair dryer was broken. Our check out time was 11am but the cleaner tried to gain access to our room at 10:20 without knocking. The loft room we stayed in was also up about 5 flights of stairs so be warned!

I stayed in the Courtyard Suite for one night with my 2 kids. Great location, great room and great service. Absolutely delighted ! Will definitely come back. Thanks to Jaqi and Michelle for such great service. Having everything online made it so easy, also having J and M in contact via text was also really reassuring in case we had needed anything.

Room was rather dark and the hot water only worked in the shower. Really only a problem for washing dishes. The room was quaint however. They supplied earplugs for the noise, but it was quiet during our stay.

This was super convenient, and despite the free earplugs provided, not a rowdy room at all! Quiet and peaceful, I slept so well and appreciated the provision of the fridge and microwave. Easy access, but prepare yourself for a slight hike to the top floor. Didn't find a hairdryer, so remember to pack yours 😌

It's not a bad place. I've stayed in worse. I was in room 10, which is a nice small room, very clean. Couple of things to mark it down was you had to walk up 6 flights of stairs to your room. Also, the shower was broke and held together by a cable tie. This ment you couldn't stand under it as it would not stay up. But overall, it was ok.
