Beth Lindsay Hypnotherapy

I have never had hypnotherapy before but having experienced extreme trauma and grief recently I had developed a nervous cough and anxiety. Having explained everything to Beth she immediately put me at ease, we discussed my current feelings and emotions before any of the hypno part of the session and it was just like chatting to a friend going through my emotions. The hypno part was very calming and I didn’t know it was happening but I was very aware the whole time of her voice in the background, once I was told to open my eyes I felt very light almost elated and felt full of energy it was a wonderful feeling. I have seen Beth 3 times and each time has felt just as good and my anxiety is calmer due to the homework given to me plus my cough has subsided to almost gone. Having never had this treatment before I can only say it is a wonderful experience plus Beth makes it so easy to relax in her space and her warmth that I can’t recommend her highly enough. I will definitely keep this as part of my healing process and am so grateful to have found Beth.
