Due to never being subject to any form of therapy before meeting Kim, I was skeptical of the results I would achieve due to my own naivety and lack of experience. Rest assured, I was blown away with what I achieved in just 8 sessions with Kim, I went from not being able to see a route to recovery, to running out of things for Kim to help with on my final session due to all of my issues being tackled head on. Kim gave me a clear view of how I would tackle my issues and a sensible plan to recovery, which I was unable to imagine prior to therapy. It truly is amazing how he was not only able to make me feel at ease but get me to a position in my life that I feel much happier and content with, after months of feeling stuck and unable to get out of the hole I had let myself get into.
