I had a problem with a mechanic who had taken an inordinate length of time on the restoration of my classic car. he also lost many of the components after disassembling the car while it was in his care. fortunately i kept full records and logs of all correspondence and engaged chris and rahil at arlingsworth to put together a comprehensive letter before claim. upon receipt of the document the guilty party owned up and promptly settled out of court to my satisfaction. i highly recommend arlingsworth if you have issues with your classic car restoration.
