After spending days trying to google the answer to an odd and apparently somewhat unique issue, i stumbled across the we talk law site. i spoke to a representative who took notes on my concerns and i had a call back only a few hours later. i spoke with a solicitor (rahil) with decades of experience who pretty much saw the most direct solution with ease. what a relief, honestly! this is the absolute most affordable service i've encountered (the next one i've found is over double the cost and is not as flexible with topics).
