I came here to have my engagement ring resized and am so pleased with the result. The customer service was excellent - I spoke to a different person on each occasion and they were all well informed and friendly. My ring was still slightly too big after the resizing so they took it back and resized it again without asking for another payment (and sorted this within 24 hours). The ring was sparkling when I picked it up so I believe they polished it too. I had a query about a mark I'd previously noticed on the emerald (before taking it to be resized) and when I asked the lady if she knew what it was, she immediately offered to take it upstairs to be examined and then explained that it was typical for that stone - a huge relief and saved me a trip to have it checked. An easy 5 stars overall!

I am beyond thrilled with the work that they did on my engagement ring and my fiancés wedding ring resizing. What an honorable staff, who went above and beyond when a mistake was made. Excellent service - my fiance and I needed her engagement ring cleaned before our wedding and they kindly fitted us in the same day and had it polished and cleaned in 30 minutes! We were so pleased with how it came out. Hopefully the picture does the great job they did justice, my fiance wore the ring every day for a year but after the clean it looks brand new, very much recommend! (After on the right)
