I had such a wonderful service today from Jess. I was looking for an eternity ring & wanted to be guided regarding this. Jess was brilliant and showed me all the different styles, nothing was too much trouble. I also put my engagement ring in for a repair. Excellent customer service and I left feeling very happy.

I want to express my gratitude to H Samuel for employing people like Kerri and Chris. Sales experience and face to face service is something valuable and irreplaceable. They managed to help me decide and chose a present I love, without putting me under pressure or making me feel uncomfortable. In the age of online shopping where I could by them online, for even less money, Kerri sold me two Watches and made another happy customer. Thank you Kerri, keep up the good work. B.

Having just dropped my watch off at Goldsmiths for repair and service, where I was advised that it would take around 20-weeks before its return, at their suggestion (thank you William), I wandered over to H Samuel to buy a cheap, 'bulletproof' replacement to last for the next 6-months. I cannot thank both Lydia and Chris at H Samuel Brighton enough for their patience and help in guiding me through my choices and helping me to arrive at a decision - a G-Shock - that would meet my needs for a go-anywhere, do-anything temporary watch at a very reasonable price. And as an added bonus, it would have sufficient cred for me to give it to my grandson when my Omega is back from repairs. Lydia and Chris are a real credit to the shop, they listen and are knowledgeable and friendly irrespective of how much or little you have/want to spend.

We had an amazing service from Megan. Our daughter was nervous about getting her ears pierced and we chose H Samuel as they use the 'Inverness' system which is intended to be less painful than the 'gun'. Megan was really friendly and put our daughter at ease. The process was quick and mainly painless. Can't praise Megan and the store enough. Thank you.
