I called richard on a saturday at 1pm as my mazda 2 key fob died. he came immediately and within the hour i had two working keys and remotes! great service, friendly, reasonably priced! highly recommend!
Incredible service. i lost my car keys when visiting brighton for the day. had to leave my car and return home. however, was unable to find spare. contacted richard, who in no time at all managed to cut a new car key and spare, so by the time i was in brighton, everything was done. he even kindly collected us from the station and took us to our car. i would thoroughly recommend richard. he was brilliant.
Was looking for a flip key for my van - got messed around by local companies so i messaged richard late at night for him to get back to me in the morning.. he replied almost instantly at 11pm! above and beyond. communication was very prompt throughout and the booking couldn't have been easier. they arrived on time, took care whilst dealing with my van and cut me a key without any issues. was a pleasure to meet and deal with richard and ollie, very polite and knowledgeable. would certainly use again!
