My key broke in the front door lock . my neighbour gave me dorian's number and he arrived in 20 mins as he promised. replaced the lock and gave me 3 keys. he was friendly , had a great sense of humour and his price was very reasonable. don't look any further if you need help with a lock !!! thanks dorian .

Great service and very friendly too. we had six locks replaced and he did them all, vacuumed up after and painted the old lock holes on the doors too. above and beyond, can't recommend enough!

I cannot begin to thank dorian enough! he saved my partner and i from a nightmare. we are house and pet sitters and had locked ourselves out of what the owner said was an impenetrable house. ( a first in 11 years of pet sitting ). there was no spare key. it was a new-build with a special non drill-able lock on the front door that looked like a bank safe. he turned up within 25 minutes. i was very impressed with dorian as we were locked outside with the dog. dorian never once wavered when it came to getting entry into the house. he was quietly confident, assured me constantly he would get us in and never gave us a moment to feel otherwise. he is a gentleman and you are in the best hands with him. we were frantic as you can imagine, yet he remained calm and confident and despite the lock being 'impenetrable’ he got us in, working solidly for 3.5 hours. there was no damage to what was a specialist door, and no drama. what a man. i won’t forget his kindness and i won’t forget his care. this is what you need in an emergency, a man like dorian. i give him 5 stars for being a brilliant human being 🙂
