Zencoe Massage Therapy Brighton

I moved to Brighton a few months ago and found Zencoe on a weekend after feeling pretty burnt out from work and training. I booked in with Christian and was highly impressed. Christian exudes a level of professionalism and intuition that can be rare to find these days. He is very skilled in his understanding of the human body and it. doesn't feel like he is just going through the motions. I left feeling very well cared for and was honestly one of the best massages I have had. So much so that I recommended my girlfriend the next day and she felt the same way. We both will be coming back soon and don't need to look anywhere else for a skilled therapist. Any busy working professional who is considering giving back to themselves.. I would HIGHLY recommend Christian and Zencoe.

Christian has got some serious skills. He is intuitive, respectful and provides a professional yet friendly service. I had a 60 minute deep tissue massage; my prior neck pain has completely gone and my back feels in better shape than it has in ages. I highly recommend him.

Today I had my first sport massage and I was really impressed. I am a regular weightlifter who has been experiencing a lot of tension and tightness around my entire body, especially my back. One session with christian today and my muscles are already feeling looser and more relaxed. This massage is exactly what my body needed. Christian is knowledgable and very friendly. Within the first few minutes of the massage he knew exactly what my body needed. My only regret was not booking this appointment sooner. I will definitely be coming back for another massage!

I went for a deep tissue massage, and it was the best massage I've ever had! Christian is so friendly, he made me feel relaxed right away. From our initial chat about my lower back pain to the moment I left I could tell he is extremely knowledgeable and has a real passion for what he does. The massage itself was amazing, and worked absolute wonders for me. Christian also gave me some great advice on specific stretches to help before I left.
