LA CHOZA

Been meaning to try La Choza for a while and we were pleasantly surprised, the food was really tasty and the restaurant was buzzing - great atmosphere and colourful decor. Plenty of choice on the menu and we look forward to trying more dishes! Our waitress was a little too keen to clear out plates despite the fact we were still eating, so we felt a little bit rushed - but other than that we had a great experience.

Good ambiance.Long established small restaurant.Not the first visit though previous was maybe 5/6 years ago .Food still tasty as before.I do not like huge amounts of food so this restaurant is ideal as they offer sensible size portions..Always easier to add on if one wants more. They obligingly squeezed fresh lemon and topped up with tap water for me .They have a reasonable range of herbal teas also.

One of the best places to have food from Mexico in Brighton. Every single thing, the chips and dip, the quesedillas, tacos was fresh, flavourful and the portions are just right. Good margheritas too. The decor is great and gives a lively cantina vibe. Had a lovely time!

I can't recommend La Choza enough if you're looking for delicious, authentic Mexican food. The food is fresh and full of flavour. The atmosphere is fun and family friendly. The staff are bubbly and you're guaranteed to have a good time. Great vegan options and lots of delicious options for meat lovers as well. As well as great food, they do delicious margaritas as well and have a very decent selection of beers and wines.
