The single most important thing, besides competency, that you look for in a repair technician is, i believe, trustworthiness. milan, who runs king of gsm is definitely trustworthy and honest,  he informed me how i could solve my issue without replacing my tablet screen, which would have been pricey.  if you want an honest assessment of how to fix a problem and feel confident no one is trying to sell you a bill of goods, see milan.  in addition his shop is immaculate and he took great care with my electronics.  highly recommend this place.  i ended up buying a screen protector just cause i needed one and i wanted to give him something for his time.  thanks milan!!

Great place for a quick screen repair. had an iphone screen replaced here as we needed it done before trading it in for a new phone. you can do an original apple screen quality glass for a tad more. the two employees we dealt with were super polite. there was nobody there when we showed up.  we were greeted promptly and the screen repair itself only took 10 minutes if that! will definitely  be back if we ever need this service again. they do sell cases and screen protectors, with fair prices as well!

This place is amazing!!! honestly if i could give over 5 stars i would in a heartbeat! this is my second time coming here and i can't even comprehend how kind and considerate the store owner milan is. i initially called earlier in the day inquiring about installing an iphone screen protector i had bought elsewhere. milan said to stop by and they could definitely install it. he did such a great job literally zero issues with the installation and he made sure to save my previous screen protector. sooooo kind! and to top it all off, he did an amazing job--i cannot install a screen protector to save my life--but he said it was not a problem! if you ever have any phone needs--come here!!!! you will not regret it!!!

I had a wonderful experience here! i had cracked my iphone 6 screen to smithereens and milan was so helpful and fixed it in no time! from the moment i walked in the store, i was greeted with their energetic, positive, and super friendly attitudes. they replaced my screen, added a screen protector for me, helped me select a better phone case, and they even upgraded my iphone software for me when they noticed that my phone was not up to date. throughout the process they were so pleasant and made great conversation! these guys are just awesome, with excellent customer service. highly recommended!
