Jamie was excellent. I went in with the aim of switching to Three, Jamie helped me to clarify the purposes of using my phone so to find exactly the right package for me. I think she did this & generally was just very respectful & friendly. Having dealt with EE who made me pay for phone line that has never worked for two years & have refused to make good & refund me for the two year contract, Three are definitely a breath of fresh air. I recommend this store & Jamie as a sales support advisor with no hesitation.
