Jamie was excellent. i went in with the aim of switching to three, jamie helped me to clarify the purposes of using my phone so to find exactly the right package for me. i think she did this & generally was just very respectful & friendly. having dealt with ee who made me pay for phone line that has never worked for two years & have refused to make good & refund me for the two year contract, three are definitely a breath of fresh air. i recommend this store & jamie as a sales support advisor with no hesitation.
