Nail Garden and Spa

I was seen by Anca today to get my eyebrows done and she was wonderful. She took all my needs into consideration, she was warm, welcoming and very easy to talk to. She is very professional and made sure my eyebrows looked perfect, which they do!

My manicure took 1 hour 20 minutes because the lady doing the manicure kept leaving me for '5 minutes ' but it was actually more like 15 minutes each time ( hands in bowl of water ,hands wrapped in hot flannels etc) whilst she discussed her off duty with the receptionist. Yes my nails did look lovely but I was glad to get out in the end.

The staff in here are so lovely, the three stars are mainly for them! The tiny little store is very pretty, with flowers and over-the-top feminine decor. My nails looked okay, though not perfect, and certainly no better than the much-faster, £25 acrylics you get from the busier shops. Only taking cash is a huge pain and completely unnecessary. They also charge £35 just for builder gel extensions, which is overpriced. Edited: after reading the responses to critical reviews, I won't be returning. I prefer to spend my hard earned money with people who take feedback on board, rather than being defensive.
